Over 50 Years of Impact

In December 2025, we celebrated a special milestone: 50 years of learning, growth, and impact in Polk County.

We put together this special “LRC Story” that traces our journey from our founding in 1975 to today. In this video, you’ll hear from former and current board members and dedicated employees that have empowered thousands of children through tutoring, enrichment programs, and educational services through the decades.

Our legacy continues, and the best chapters are still being written.

Featured Programs

SAT Prep & ACT Prep courses are designed to help students achieve their best possible score on the exams. These courses provide small classes with highly trained teachers, problem-solving strategies for analyzing and answering ACT and SAT questions, practice taking the ACT and SAT, emphasis on test-taking techniques and strategies specific to the exam that build confidence and reduce test anxiety.
