LRC Students Received 3,587 Hours of Tutoring in April and May 2017

In the month of April, Learning Resource Center students received 1,702 hours of tutoring, with a Year-To-Date Total of 10,617 hours (the YTD totals start over every July). New and ongoing students tutored during the month of April equaled 407 students.

In May, Learning Resource Center students received 1,885 hours of tutoring, with a Year-To-Date Total of 12,502 hours (the YTD totals start over every July). New and ongoing students tutored during the month of May equaled 449 students.

Prep for the New SAT with LRC

The next SAT will take place on May 7, and the deadline to register for this exam without a fee is April 8. Those of you who are registered or plan to register, are you prepared for it? Do you feel comfortable with the new SAT format? Do you think your score will reflect your maximum learning potential?
 
Answer “yes” to all of these questions after taking LRC’s SAT Prep.
 
The course will begin on Tuesday, April 12 and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays for four consecutive weeks, through Thursday, May 5 at the Learning Resource Center in Lakeland. In addition to the four Tuesday and Thursday sessions, the course will also include one Saturday session.

LRC Students Received 1,040 Hours of Tutoring in May

In the month of May, Learning Resource Center students received 1,040 hours of tutoring bringing the Year-To-Date Total to 12,069 hours. New and ongoing students tutored during the month of May equaled 255 students, with the Year-to-Date Total at 800 students.
