The Learning Resource Center of Polk County invites you to Paint & Pour 2023. A unique way to have fun while supporting a great cause. Enjoy a special evening with local artists as they guide you, step by step, painting a masterpiece during this exclusive fundraising event to support the LRC’s programs.

Join us in-person at The Well in Downtown Lakeland, or attend virtually from the comfort of your own space! Tickets include painting supplies, wine, and charcuterie!

New this year! Host a party from your home and invite your friends to register as your guests online! Host an online experience from your own space, and invite your friends and family to attend. Experience a pre-recorded painting tutorial that will allow you to pause and resume at your own pace. Pause to socialize, pause to pour ~ resume painting! The artist will walk you, step by step, how to create your own masterpiece. Simply instruct your invitees to purchase their tickets online, to select ‘Hosted Party’ on their registration from, and type your first and last name into the ‘Host Name’ field.

Capacity is limited. All proceeds benefit The Learning Resource Center of Polk County.

The Learning Resource Center of Polk County helps students maximize their learning potential by providing personalized educational programs, consultative services for parents, and programs to accommodate community needs. Today, the LRC has over 550 qualified teachers who provide countywide services to over 4,500 students ages five to adult.

LRC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit United Way educational provider accredited by Cognia (AdvancED). All gifts made to LRC are tax deductible.

About the Artist:

David Collins is a self-taught artist who began painting in 2005.
He’s the artist behind local works and concepts such as:

      • Munn Park’s Giraffe Tree
      • Munn Park’s Pink Tree
      • “Clearly People”
      • “Tapestries Lakeland”
