We can help improve academic achievement, enhance self-esteem for school success, assist families in ways to deal with a child’s learning difficulty, and provide students with the tools they need to reach their greatest learning potential.

Study Tips

  • Figure out how you learn (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, etc.), and apply learning strategies.
  • Be flexible in your thinking and learning.
  • Use quality study time and not just quantity study time.
  • Set priorities carefully in order to save time.
  • Learn to predict, clarify and summarize.
  • Tune out distractions.
  • Recognize test anxiety and turn it into positive energy.
  • Know essay direction words and how to interpret them.
  • Be an active listener and note-taker.
  • Question while you read-read to answer the questions.
