Program Goals: Learning Resource Center’s SAT® Preparation provides an efficient and effective 23-hour course designed to help students achieve their best possible score on the exam. This course provides: Small classes with highly trained teachers; Problem-solving strategies for analyzing and answering SAT®; Practice taking SAT® tests; Emphasis on test-taking techniques and strategies specific to the SAT® that help build confidence and reduce test anxiety. *Cost of course includes the SAT® book.
Who: Students in grades 9-12
During the school year- Tuesdays (Math); Thursdays (Reading);
5:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. for 4 consecutive weeks
Saturday, Essay Writing (one Saturday only)
9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
The summer course will take place Monday-Friday for one week only.

Where: Learning Resource Center, 1628 South Florida Avenue, FL
What: Math, Critical Reading, and Writing to help all students maximize their learning potential. These test-Taking strategies will build confidence and reduce test anxiety with highly trained teachers.
How: Acquaint students with the SAT® test format and types of questions, as well as, provide a review of relevant content and application of research-based problem-solving techniques with highly trained instructors.
Cost of Full Course: $440*
Cost of Math or Critical Reading Course: $195*
Cost of Writing Course: $65*
